than 48 hours before departure time- will be refunded 50% of the cruise price but not the booking fee. No-shows and cancellations made 48 hours or less
before departure time will not receive any refund.
• Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation, prior to departure, due to inclement weather or
other unanticipated circumstances. Cancellations will be made just prior to the cruise departure time at the sole discretion of
the captain. Shortened cruises based on a change of weather will be refunded on a prorated basis.
• Weather Cancellation Policy can be found on our FAQ page.
• Please contact us directly by phone in inquire about a change or cancellation.
WE REGRET THAT WE CANNOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS FOR PERSONAL EMERGENCIES AS A CAUSE FOR LATE CANCELLATION.
Can I add/delete passengers to my reservation?
You may add passengers (up to the maximum limit for the any cruise, 6 people) by calling our office.
Can I reschedule my cruise?
If you would like to reschedule your cruise there is a non-refundable reschedule fee equal to 50% of your cruise reservation. If the new date and
time of your cruise is cancelled by us due to weather issue, you will receive a refund of the cruise fee but NOT the reschedule fee.
Please call our office to discuss your options.
What if weather is bad and is there shade on the boat?
We cannot guarantee that every day will be sunny. Cape weather can be unpredictable and change very quickly, therefore cancellations will be made
30 minutes prior to the cruise. We will cancel for rain, thunder, and lightning in the area and high winds. We cruise in light fog and mist. Our captains
are very experienced and understand local weather. Therefore, cancellation is at the sole discretion of the captain just prior to the cruise.
Please consider your reservation upheld unless you speak to us directly. If we cancel (for any reason) and cannot re-schedule you, we will refund
100% of your reservation. Please be aware there is limited shade on our boat. For your health and safely of all our passengers, please apply
sunscreen before you board the boat.
When should I arrive for my cruise?
We ask you to be waiting at the end of the town’s pier municipal parking lot where the courtesy float (public boarding for our boat) is 15 minutes prior to
departure time. Please note, at times there may be high volume at the courtesy float which may delay us in picking you up, however, that delay
time will not deter from your time allotted for your cruise.
We suggest you leave yourself some cushion for heavy summer traffic, traffic delays, and pre-departure bathroom stops, etc. There are public
restrooms at the entrance of the MacMillan Pier Municipal parking lot, next to the Provincetown Chamber of Commerce. There is a very small toilet on
the boat but is only to be used for emergencies.
Are there any age restrictions or physical restrictions?
There are no age restrictions on our cruises. However, we do suggest that infants are brought in a carrier or are worn in a sling by an adult. Those
with mobility issues should be aware that they will need to walk down and up a ramp to a floating dock and step into the vessel. Please be aware that
this is a boat cruise, and you should be physically able to handle small choppy waves and sea spray.
What should I bring?
We suggest that you bring sunglasses, a light jacket or sweatshirt, and sunscreen- please apply before boarding the boat. Soft soled shoes are
recommended. We regret that we do not have space for large coolers, personal soft sided coolers preferred. We provide life jackets for all children
under 12 (who are required to wear them by law- no exceptions) and we have them available for adults as well should you want one.
Is tipping the captain appropriate?
Our captains work very hard to provide our guests with a great experience.
Tipping is always a personal choice. However, we suggest a customary gratuity of 10-20%. Please note that our captains cannot accept Venmo or credit cards for tips.
